The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

My stay was marred by the noise disturbance in my room. I was assigned a connecting room, and the thin walls made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We stayed in newly renovated rooms that were luxurious and elegantly designed. the hotel provided exclusive amenities, including a spa and indoor swimming pool. the restaurant and lounge were phenomenal, offering an impressive selection of drinks and dishes that cater to special dietary needs.

the Jacuzzi was not working during our planned spa day, but the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us with a massage instead.

The bed in my room was comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. I also loved the spacious and well-designed bathroom. The highlight was definitely the gym, by far the best I've seen in a hotel. The view from the indoor pool was amazing. The staff at the executive floor, specifically Tatiana, were pretty good too ensure a warm and personalized welcome.

The Armazem Morumbi restaurant, located nearby, offered a great dining option. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The views from our room were stunning, especially during the evening sunset. Additionally, the hotel featured impressive facilities, including a large gym.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of properly hot water in the shower.

There was an issue with the hot water in the shower, taking several minutes to warm up and only providing lukewarm water.

Comfy beds, nice indoor pool with city view. Korean food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Good breakfast, clean facilities.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were top, notch, while the spa centre offered an array of beauty treatments and massages. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided breathtaking views of the city. the restaurant served delicious in, room breakfast, while the bar/lounge offered a variety of cocktails and special diet menus. the private facilities made us feel like royalty and the location was convenient for business travel.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment or leisure/TV room. this was not a deal, breaker as we spent most of our time exploring the city and using the hotel's many luxurious amenities.
